What we collect
When you send a booking request we collect your name, mobile number, email, vehicle details, the services you asked for and any notes you add. For a fleet enquiry we collect your company name, how many vehicles and what kind, your name, phone, email, how you want to be reached and any notes you add. Our website analytics are cookie-free and collect no personal information. We also store the IP address and browser user agent of the request with the inquiry, for abuse prevention, and delete them on the same schedule as the rest of the inquiry.
How we use it
To contact you about the request, by the method you chose. The shop receives your request by email. We do not sell your details. We share them only with the services that deliver our email and text messages, our website provider (who maintains this service and receives a copy of each request), and the notification service we use to alert the shop to a new request.
Text messages
If you give us a mobile number we send one text to acknowledge your request. The shop confirms the time by phone or text from its own line. Replies to our number reach the shop. We do not send marketing texts.
How long we keep it
Booking requests and fleet enquiries are kept for twelve months, then the personal details are removed. Ask us sooner and we will remove them on request.
Your rights
